Cancellation & refund policy

Before you hire us

Your first contact and your proposal are free and without commitment. Nothing is charged until you accept a written proposal.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you hire us at a distance (online, email or WhatsApp) as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of accepting the proposal without giving a reason, as provided by Spanish consumer law. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, we will refund the amount paid minus the proportional part of the work already done. Once a service has been fully performed at your request, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

To cancel, email solstonecontact@gmail.com with your name and the service. We confirm receipt in writing.

Cancelling later

You can stop a service at any time. We refund fees for work not yet started; work already done is charged in proportion, as set out in your proposal.

Third-party costs

Rent, deposits, agency fees, school fees, legal or notary fees and other amounts paid to providers are governed by each provider's own terms. We will help you request any refund those terms allow.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made with the same payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.
