Our services

Barcelona Consultancy coordinates relocation services: we search, organise, accompany and connect you with independent providers. We are not a law firm, tax advisor or real estate agency; legal, tax and property transactions are carried out by licensed professionals that you hire, and their own terms apply.

Proposals and fees

Before starting we send a written proposal with the scope and how we are paid (fixed fee and/or commissions from providers). Work starts once you accept it. Provider costs (rent, deposits, school fees, legal fees, etc.) are paid by you to each provider unless agreed otherwise. For companies, the proposal also sets out who is invoiced and how.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and documents on time. Final decisions (signing a lease, choosing a school, buying a property) are yours.

Liability

We act with professional care but cannot guarantee decisions by third parties such as landlords, schools or public administrations, or appointment availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Spanish and EU law.

Cancellation

See our cancellation & refund policy. Consumers hiring at a distance have a 14-day withdrawal right, except for services already fully performed at their request.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
