What data we collect

The data you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp, iMessage or email: name, email, phone, moving dates, the services you are interested in and any details you choose to share. If you accept analytics cookies, anonymised usage data from Google Analytics.

Why we use it and legal basis

To answer your request and prepare a proposal — your consent and pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).
To provide the services you hire — performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b).
To share the details strictly needed with providers you ask us to coordinate (agencies, schools, lawyers, advisors), only with your agreement.
Website analytics, only if you accept cookies — consent (art. 6.1.a).

How long we keep it

While we handle your request or service, and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting rules). Requests that do not become clients are deleted within 12 months.

Who processes it for us

Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (hosting), Google (email and, with consent, Analytics) and WhatsApp (messaging). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, ask for portability and withdraw consent at any time by emailing solstonecontact@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
